Semiconductor Spectroscopy Lab - 101 EES - Dr. Patrick M. Lenahan

Welcome to the Semiconductor Spectroscopy Lab at Penn State

This research group uses magnetic resonance techniques and a variety of electrical measurements to study the imperfections that limit the performance of semiconductor devices. The work is done in collaboration with researchers at leading industrial and government research and development laboratories.
