The design will need to:

• be lightweight (a person should be able to carry it.) Research loads a person is capable of carrying from human factors data.
• be low-cost
• have a capacity of 300 lbs. on either face plate
• have upper wheels that swivel
• have the given restrictions in height and measurements.
