The design must be lightweight, then low cost.
The hand truck must be platform or standing, and easily be converted between them.
The truck must have a capacity of 300 lb distributed over the entire nose or back plate (between the wheel axles).
The handle needs to be able to change heights easily.
Values for h, width of truck, H, nose plate extension, and FS are given.
Impact calculation will need to be done.
Wheels need to be rubber, or perhaps rubber-like.
The upper wheels will swivel.
