Registration Information **(now open)**
The course fee is $2925. The fee covers all the instruction, course notes, program materials, morning coffee and tea, lunches (Monday-Thursday), a welcome reception (Sunday), and a picnic dinner on Wednesday evening. Registrants are responsible for all other meals. The fee may be paid by check, money order, IDCC (Penn State employees only to & CNI - a completed registration form is required to process your registration), purchase order (made payable to Penn State), letter of authorization to bill employer or organization, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.
To register, either use the electronic registration link below (this is the easiest method) or download the registration form below, fill it in and email it to Conferences & Institutes Registration before May 22, 2020. Any registration received after May 22, 2020, will be considered a walk-in and will be assessed a $30 fee. You will be promptly notified of any cancellations, schedule, or program changes. Conferences and Institutes will confirm your enrollment in the program and provide information on travel, accommodations, final registration and parking. Enrollment is limited, so register early.
We are currently unable to process registrations that are submitted by mail or fax, or payments other than those submitted online. If you are unable to register online, please complete the printable PDF registration form below and submit it by email to email@example.com. You will be registered and will receive an invoice by email. Please keep the invoice on hand and once payment is able to be accepted, Penn State will notify you by email, and you can pay at that time.
Refunds shall be made for cancellations received in writing by May 22, 2020. Cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee. After that the participant or organization shall be held responsible for the full course fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
